Intake
Take two capsules a day with plenty of water without chewing.
The product should be taken over a period of at least three months.
Note: Do not exceed a daily dose of 800 mg epigallocatechin gallate. Should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach, do not exceed the recommended intake.
