One set of Fertile+F & Harmony is sufficient for one month. You can start taking the products at any time, regardless of whether you have just had your period or it has been longer.

How long should I take Fertile+F & Harmony?
Fertile+F & Harmony should be taken over a period of at least 3-4 months as indicated, as oocytes need about 3-4 months to mature and their quality depends, among other things, on the nutrients taken in.
Why should I also take Harmony?
The decision has been made, you want to have a baby. For this reason, you have already stopped taking the pill, but your cycle has not yet returned to normal. After such a hormonal change, it is quite normal that your body needs time to restore its balance. Harmony supports you with an active complex of monk's pepper, St. John's wort and lady's mantle to bring your hormones back into balance.
I am pregnant. Should I continue taking Fertile+F?
As soon as you are pregnant, you can always switch to our Folify. If you still have an open blister of Fertile+F, you are welcome to finish it.
Please note: Multiva should not be taken during pregnancy. We therefore recommend that you stop taking it as soon as you know that you are pregnant.
What are the ingredients?
Fertile+F: Lady's mantle herb has proven its worth for centuries thanks to its important phyto-hormones. Should both (woman and man) take the products?
We recommend that both men (Fertile+M) and women Fertile+F take the products at the same time if possible. Here you can find our combined preparation Fertile+Duo, which contains both products. Exception: If the man has an error-free spermiogram, it is sufficient for the woman to take Fertile+F.
I got pregnant with Fertile+F, but now I have some unopened packs left. What can I do with them?
We will gladly exchange unopened and undamaged packs of Fertile+F for a corresponding voucher.
Should I take a break at a certain time in my cycle?
Fertile+F should be taken continuously without a break.
Should I take the variant with or without iodine?
For women who suffer from thyroid disease, we have introduced the variant without iodine. So if you don't have any problems with your thyroid, we recommend the variant with iodine.
I have an underactive thyroid. What do I need to consider?

håvsund Fertile+F was not developed specifically for PCO or endometriosis, but we have already received positive feedback from many women despite PCO or endometriosis. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of pregnancy, but it is certainly worth a try.
What is the shelf life of Fertile+F and Harmony?
Fertile+F, Harmony and all other products in the håvsund family have a shelf life of up to 2 years and 4 months from the production date. The expiration date can be found on the respective product packaging.
