You've ordered from our online shop and want to return your ordered product/s? Here we explain step by step how it works:

1. Have your order number & email address ready

To register your return via our returns portal, you'll need the 12-digit order number from your order confirmation (e.g., #00010000001) and the email address you provided when placing your order.

2. Register your return

1. Visit our returns portal using the link below.
2. Enter your order number and the email address used for your order, then click "Retrieve Order".
3. Your ordered product/s will appear on the page.
4. Please select an appropriate reason for your return and indicate how many packages you want to return.
Please note: We can only accept unopened packages.
5. Optionally, you can leave a comment and upload photos.
6. Your delivery address from your order will be automatically pre-filled.
7. Please click on the "Create Return Request" button.
8. You will be redirected to the next page where you can download the return label under the "Downloads" section.
9. If you mistakenly registered the return, you can cancel it under the "Cancel Return Request" section.
10. Your registered return will now be submitted to us for review.

3. Return completed

Once we have processed your return and initiated the refund, you will be notified by us. If we have created a voucher for you, you will receive it immediately by email. If it's a refund to your original payment method, please note that it may take several days for the refund amount to appear there.

4. Return rejected

If we believe your return is not justified (e.g., the withdrawal period has expired), we reserve the right to reject your return request. You will then receive an email from us stating the reason for rejection.

Important Notes:

  • If you return your order without first registering your return via the portal and without your registration being confirmed by us via email, we unfortunately cannot process or complete the return.
  • We can only accept unopened packages.
