Fertile+F has been specifically designed for female fertility and optimal preparation of the body for pregnancy. Our carefully selected ingredients promote fertility in a natural way and support you on the way to pregnancy: Zinc contributes to normal fertility and normal reproduction. In addition, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
Multiva
With Multiva you are fully supplied with just one capsule a day. Multiva therefore contains all the important vitamins, minerals and trace elements for your urgently needed daily energy boost. The magnesium, niacin, pantothenic acid, iodine, biotin, vitamin B12, B6 and B2 it contains contribute to normal energy metabolism. How long should I take Fertile+F?
The product should be taken over a period of at least four months as indicated, as egg cells need about 3-4 months to mature and their quality depends, among other things, on the nutrients ingested.
Why should I also take Multiva?
The time of trying to conceive can be exhausting and demand a lot from you. If you feel tired and weak, our all-rounder håvsund Multiva with lots of vitamins and trace elements can give you more energy again.
I am pregnant. Should I continue taking Fertile+F?
As soon as you are pregnant, you can always switch to our Folify. If you still have an open blister of Fertile+F, you are welcome to finish it.
Please note: Multiva should not be taken during pregnancy. We therefore recommend that you stop taking it as soon as you know that you are pregnant.
Should both (woman and man) take the products?
We recommend that both men (Fertile+M) and women (Fertile+F) take the products at the same time if possible. Here you can find our combined preparation Fertile+Duo, which contains both products.
Exception: If the man has an error-free spermiogram, it is sufficient for the woman to take Fertile+F.
What are the ingredients?
Fertile+F: Lady's mantle herb has proven its worth for centuries thanks to its important phyto-hormones. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function, while vitamin B6 supports hormone regulation and iron supports the formation of red blood cells. Together with other precisely balanced active ingredients, this results in a formula that signals to the body: "You're ready!"
Multiva: Multiva contains magnesium, calcium, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 & other essential nutrients.

I got pregnant with Fertile+F, but now I have some unopened packs left. What can I do with them?
We will gladly exchange unopened and undamaged packs of Fertile+F for a corresponding voucher.
Should I take a break at a certain time in my cycle?
Fertile+F should be taken continuously without a break.
Should I take the variant with or without iodine?
For women who suffer from thyroid disease, we have introduced the variant without iodine. So if you don't have any problems with your thyroid, we recommend the variant with iodine.
I have an underactive thyroid. What do I need to consider?
We have developed håvsund Fertile+F without iodine especially for women with thyroid disorders. If you need to watch your iodine intake, we recommend the iodine-free variant so that you can take the individual amount of iodine that your body needs. Does taking Fertile+F help with PCO or endometriosis?
håvsund Fertile+F was not developed specifically for PCO or endometriosis, but we have already received positive feedback from many women despite PCO or endometriosis. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of pregnancy, but it is certainly worth a try.
What is the shelf life of Fertile+F and Multiva?
Fertile+F, Multiva and all other products in the håvsund family have a shelf life of up to 2 years and 4 months from the production date. The expiration date can be found on the respective product packaging.
