Intake

Fertile+F: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, ideally right after breakfast.

Relax: Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water, ideally right after breakfast.

One set of Fertile+F & Relax is sufficient for one month.

You can start with the intake at any time. It doesn't matter if you just had your period or or if you had it a while ago.

The product should be taken for a period of at least four months, as eggs cells take between 3-4 months to mature and their quality depends, among other things, on the nutrients absorbed.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product protected from light, sealed, and out of reach of children.

    How long should I take Fertile+F?

    The product should be taken over a period of at least four months as indicated, as egg cells need about 3-4 months to mature and their quality depends, among other things, on the nutrients ingested.

    Should both (woman and man) take the products?

    We recommend that both men (Fertile+M) and women (Fertile+F) take the products at the same time if possible. Here you can find our combined preparation Fertile+Duo which contains both products. Exception: If the man has an error-free spermiogram, it is sufficient for the woman to take Fertile+F.

    Why should I also take Relax?

    Especially when you are trying to conceive, you are often tense and nervous. håvsund Relax contributes to more balance and well-being - thanks to the gently balanced ingredients such as camomile blossoms, green tea, vitamin B3, B6, B12 and other herbal ingredients.

    What are the ingredients?

    I am pregnant. Should I continue taking Fertile+F?

    As soon as you are pregnant, you can always switch to our Folify If you still have an open blister of Fertile+F, you are welcome to finish it.

    Please note: Relax should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We therefore recommend that you stop taking it as soon as you know that you are pregnant.

    I got pregnant with Fertile+F, but now I have some unopened packs left. What can I do with them?

    Should I take the variant with or without iodine?

    For women who suffer from thyroid disease, we have introduced the variant without iodine. So if you don't have any problems with your thyroid, we recommend the variant with iodine.

    håvsund Fertile+F was not developed specifically for PCO or endometriosis, but we have already received positive feedback from many women despite PCO or endometriosis. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of pregnancy, but it is certainly worth a try.

    What is the shelf life of Fertile+F & Relax?

    Fertile+F, Relax and all other products in the håvsund family have a shelf life of up to 2 years and 4 months from the production date. The expiration date can be found on the respective product packaging.
