You can start taking the product at any time.

I FORGOT TO TAKE THE PRODUCT TODAY, SHOULD I TAKE 2 CAPSULES THE NEXT DAY?

No, but it is important to take the product as regularly as possible to provide your body with additional nutrients.

SHOULD BOTH MAN AND WOMAN TAKE THE PRODUCT OR IS IT ENOUGH IF THE WOMAN TAKES THE PRODUCT?

We recommend that both man (Fertile+M) and woman (Fertile+F) take the products at the same time if possible. Exception: If the man has a very good spermiogram, it is sufficient for the woman to take Fertile+F.

I AM FINALLY PREGNANT, SHOULD I STOP TAKING FERTILE+F?

We have developed håvsund Folify for the period of pregnancy.
