I eat healthily. Are dietary supplements really necessary?

In our Western diet, simply eating healthily is unfortunately no longer sufficient. 25% of Germans do not consume enough fruits and vegetables to meet their daily needs.

Due to the agricultural methods used worldwide, fruits and vegetables also contain fewer nutrients. Twenty years ago, an apple had 60% more vitamin C than it does today.

Additionally, our modern lifestyle contributes to nutrient deficiencies.

To compensate for these deficits, taking dietary supplements is advisable.

Are the products vegan?

All products except håvsund Immune (vegetarian) are vegan.

Are the products gluten-free?

Yes, all håvsund products are gluten-free.

What material are the capsules made of?

The capsule shells are made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and are purely plant-based.

Can the capsules be opened and the powder stirred into water?

Yes, you can definitely stir the contents of the capsules into water, yogurt, cereal, or your smoothie if you prefer not to swallow capsules.

How should I take the capsules?

We recommend taking the capsules whole and always with sufficient water. You can find precise information on the quantity contained and the dosage of the products on the respective product pages as well as on the leaflet in the product packaging.

How should the products be stored?

Please store the products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and keep them tightly sealed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet, and a healthy lifestyle.

Where di the ingredients come from?

For our håvsund products, only carefully selected natural vitamins and minerals from around the world are used, primarily extracted from plants and fruits. All products are manufactured in Germany under the highest quality standards.

Where is my order?

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link (unless you have chosen shipping via Deutsche Post, in which case tracking of your shipment is unfortunately not possible). Please also check your spam folder. If your order has not arrived, simply click on the tracking link to track your shipment. It may have been delivered to a post office or parcel station. If not, feel free to contact us directly via chat at any time, and we will take care of locating your shipment.

Do I need a customer account to order from håvsund?

You do not need a customer account to order from håvsund. However, registering an account is free and simplifies the checkout process. A customer account offers the following benefits:

Can I still modify or cancel my order afterwards?

After receipt, your order is promptly transmitted to our shipping center and packed. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible directly through our chat so that we can check if a modification or cancellation is still possible.

What payment methods are available?

You have the option to pay via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as purchase on account and instant bank transfer via Klarna.

Can I buy the products in pharmacies?

Our products are available for order at most pharmacies. Simply ask the pharmacist for assistance.

To which countries does håvsund ship?

We currently only ship within the EU and to Switzerland, but we are working to expand our delivery to other countries soon. You can find an overview of our shipping times and costs to different countries here. Thank you for your patience as we expand our international presence.

How are the shipping costs?

For orders within the EU, there are currently no shipping costs for you. You can find the shipping costs and delivery times for other countries here.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel station?

Unfortunately, we currently do not support delivery to a parcel station.

How can I return products?

Please use our returns portal for this. We will guide you step by step on how to register your return, send the goods back to us, and receive your refund.

Do I have to bear the cost of the return?

Yes, you are responsible for covering the cost of the return. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Why doens't håvsund offer free returns?

håvsund does not offer free returns in order to promote a more sustainable approach to resource management and to reduce the environmental impact of returns.
