Fertile+F & Fertile+M: Take 1 capsule each daily with plenty of water, ideally right after breakfast.

One box of Fertile+Duo is sufficient for one month.

You can start with the intake at any time. For women: It doesn't matter if you just had your period or or if you had it a while ago.

The products should be taken for a period of at least four months, as eggs cells, like sperms, take between 3-4 months to mature and their quality depends, among other things, on the nutrients absorbed.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product protected from light, sealed, and out of reach of children.

    I am pregnant. Should I continue taking Fertile+F?

    Once you are pregnant, you can generally switch to Folify - our pregnancy supplement. If you still have an open blister pack of Fertile+F, you are welcome to finish it as well.

    Should both (women and men) take the products?

    We highly recommend that both men (Fertile+M) and women (Fertile+F) take the products to increase the chances to conceive, except if the man received normal spermiogram results, then it is sufficient for the woman to take Fertile+F.

    What are the ingredients?
