We have developed Immune for your immune support.
The ingredients include not only cranberry juice powder, zinc, selenium and plenty of vitamin C, but also colostrum. Colostrum (or colostrum) is the first milk that mammals give to their offspring after birth. This special milk is rich in immunoglobulin and ensures an optimal supply in the first few days. Colostrum is not a drug or chemical, but 100% natural. Immune can therefore also be safely consumed by pregnant and breastfeeding women.

When should I start taking it?
Please do not start taking Lactaval until after the birth. You can start taking Immune at any time.
When and how many capsules should I take?
Lactaval: Take 1 capsule daily in the morning and 1 capsule daily in the evening, without chewing, with sufficient water.
Immune: Take 2 capsules daily after the first meal, without chewing, with sufficient water.
How many capsules are contained in a pack?
Each pack of Lactaval & Immune contains 60 capsules. This means that one set with a daily dose of 2 capsules is sufficient for exactly one month.
I'm not sure if I have enough milk. What can I do to increase my breast milk?
Don't worry, the more often you latch on and breastfeed your baby, the more breast milk your body will produce.
Who are your fenugreek capsules suitable for?
Lactaval was specially designed for women who are breastfeeding.
What is the best way to take your fenugreek capsules when breastfeeding?
We recommend taking 2 capsules of Lactaval per day. You can take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening with plenty of water without chewing.
How long does it take for the milk supply to increase after the birth?

Approximately how long does it take to stimulate milk production?
Unfortunately, we can't give a general answer to this question. It's very individual from woman to woman.
Are there certain foods that can stimulate my milk production?
Yes, they do exist. Wholemeal products, for example, can be helpful. We also recommend that you make sure you drink enough fluids while you are breastfeeding. You can also find more information on this in this blog article.

How much fenugreek should be taken per day when breastfeeding?
Lactaval contains 250 mg of fenugreek per daily dose, which corresponds to the recommended daily dose according to the DGE.
My midwife has recommended that I take capsules for milk production. Can I start taking them now during my pregnancy?
Lactaval may only be taken after birth.
What effect does fenugreek have on milk production?

Is there any medication for milk production that can speed up my milk coming in?
It is best to breastfeed your baby frequently right from the start, as this will empty your breast regularly and stimulate breast milk production.
What are the ingredients?
Lactaval: For breastfeeding mothers with fenugreek seed extract, fennel, caraway, cumin, dill, aniseed & folic acid.
